Baby Hat & Booties

One of the first baby things I made. A set of booties and a hat but no picture of the matching booties. The cabled hat called for pompoms/tassels but I think pompoms are messy (it's almost impossible to get a perfect sphere and they ALWAYS fall apart in the wash) while tassels are a bit wimpy. So, I dangled some crochet flowers instead (or what's supposed to be crochet flowers). She's such an adorable baby!
